A single compound designed for both imaging and therapy of bone metastases.
Bone metastases are common, painful, and difficult to treat with conventional intratumoral approaches given the mineralized matrix surrounding tumor cells.
Building on our self-nanotechnology platform, this program is developing a dual-function compound that combines diagnostic imaging capability with cytotoxic and immune-activating therapy in a single agent — allowing clinicians to visualize and treat bone lesions with one intervention.
This complements our broader organ-targeted therapy portfolio, which has already demonstrated durable disappearance of bone metastases in prostate cancer patients treated with our slow-release depot platform.
